This place suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and a coffee shop. The staff even helped me print important documents on my first stay, showcasing their professionalism. I’ll be back for a romantic escape.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It’s literally across the street from LA Live, making it easy to explore restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick. I got upgraded to a corner room with a nice view which felt spacious with lots of light. The bathroom was modern, but I found the sliding barn door inconvenient as it blocked the coffee area. Also, the room lacked a few basic amenities like a charging station by the bedside. The cleanliness could have been better. I noticed some stains on the lamp shade and a lingering odor in the hallways. Valet service was pricey at $60, and at busy times, it was slow. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but felt some design choices and communication could be improved.

Perfect Location for Events and Dining
The location near major venues like Crypto Arena made our stay so convenient for the game we attended. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfy retreat for our family. Staff's responsiveness was notable, especially when we had a minor issue with maintenance. However, the valet parking price seemed a bit steep for our liking.

The stay featured exceptional housekeeping services, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment each day. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the metro, enhancing convenience. However, the room felt a bit dark due to a small window, and there were limited views. Despite the slightly dim atmosphere, the bed was comfortable and the amenities were satisfactory. Overall, the experience was pleasant, and I appreciated the friendly staff.

Great spot right in the middle of the action, making it super easy to hit local entertainment venues. The heated pool area offers a decent escape, but it can get windier than expected with all those tall buildings around.
During my stay, I ran into a few issues that may have tested my patience. Valet parking fees hit the wallet hard, coming in at around $60 per night—yikes! The breakfast selection was a letdown. not just limited, but the offerings were pretty basic and not that satisfying for the price. To top it off, the noise from the surrounding downtown area seeped in at night, which isn't ideal for slumber. Add in some maintenance quirks like stained carpets and that awkward bathroom sliding door covering the refrigerator, and it's clear there's room for improvement.

Great Stay for Events
We had a perfect one-night stay, especially due to the comfortable King Sofa Bed room. After a long evening at the nearby crypto.com arena, the cozy atmosphere felt like home. The onsite restaurant offered quick bites, perfect for late-night cravings. Just beware of valet wait times.

Perfect for a night out
We went for one night only to go to the Lakers game so this was perfect for this reasoning. Close to good food and drinks.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for what we got.
